A slim French gold and enamel centre seconds pocket watch with digital hour display and wondering minutes, circa 1830. Gilt cylinder movement. Signed and numbered gold cuvette. Silvered guilloché dial, satin-finished chapter ring for seconds, aperture for digital hours with aperture for wondering minute above. Both bezels and bow with chased and engraved floral design, case back with black champlevé enamel depicting to cockerels surrounded by a scrolling foliate motif. Cuvette signed ‘Le Roy & Fils Hgers du Roi A Paris’.
