A Swiss gold, enamel and diamond set open faced lever pocket watch with pendant, circa 1910. Gilt finished lever movement. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals. Bezel and case back decorated with translucent red enamel, back cover enhanced with diamonds and gold scrolls, pendant with red enamel and diamonds. Case, cuvette and movement numbered.
