A Swiss silver open faced two train keyless lever pocket watch with alarm, circa 1900. Matte gilt 3/4 plate movement, 15 jewels, two trains with tandem winding, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, notched bi metallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring and an index regulator. Hinged silver and blued steel cuvette pierced for sound emission. White enamel dial with Roman hours, outer minute track for the alarm, gold decoration, outer minute track for the alarm and blued steel decorative hands. A three dimensional and life like high relief cricket on the case back, the bezel engraved with stylized flowers and rotating with an aperture for the alarm setting, polished band and a pierced border to match the bezel.
