A thin Swiss 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating lever pocket watch, circa 1908. Sold on June 14th, 1909. Retailed by Bailey, Banks & Biddle in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Keyless lever movement, wolf’s tooth winding. Cuvette inscribed. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, black Arabic hours, red Arabic minutes and seconds, Louis XV hands. Plain case, monogram on the back. Dial signed by the retailer, case and movement numbered and signed by the watchmaker. Comes with an Extract from the Archives.
