A Swiss 18 carat white gold, enamel and diamond set open faced keyless lever pendant watch, circa 1910. Gilt finished lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance,. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer five minute divisions and fine decorative gold hands. Case with translucent blue enamel on guilloché background, set with a diamond rosette to the centre and diamond set bezel, blue enamel rim, with a diamond set decorative attached brooch. Case, dial and movement signed.
