An English brass and wooden marine chronometer with power reserve, circa 1820. Openwork brass movement, Barraud’s butterfly winding, detente escapement, helical hairspring. Brushed silvered dial with Roman hours and outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds at 12, aperture for the indication of power reserve. Dial signed and numbered. Brass case that comes in a mahogany wooden box.
