English platinum, enamel, diamond dress watch Circa 1890

A slim English platinum, enamel and diamond dress watch, circa 1890. Jeweled gilt lever movement. Silvered engine turned dial with Arabic numerals. Case back with translucent blue enamel over an engine turned ground, centered by a cabochon emerald and intricate diamond set decoration, both bezels and bow set with diamonds and interspersed with blue enamel triangles. Dial signed. Accompanied by Marcus & Co. presentation case.
