A Swiss white gold keyless wind pocket watch with Louis Vuitton pouch by Patek Philippe, manufactured in 1926, sold 12th July 1929. Nickel finish 18 jewel Swiss lever movement, cut and compensated bimetallic balance, adjusted to 8 positions. Silvered dial, applied Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions, polished spade hands and subsidiary seconds at 6. 18 Carat open face case, polished round, hinged back. Case, dial and movement signed. With a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives and custom made Louis Vuitton burgundy leather pocket watch pouch.
