A Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced pocket watch with mistletoe motif, circa 1910. Jeweled gilt lever movement. Signed and numbered cuvette. Gilt dial with engine turned center, Arabic numerals, blued steel hands and subsidiary seconds. Champlevé enamel case with green and white mistletoe motif. Dial and cuvette signed.
