Fine gold open faced split seconds chronograph by Patek Philippe

A fine 18 carat gold open faced split seconds chronograph pocket watch, circa 1908. Cal. 17”’ manual winding nickel lever movement, 26 jewels. White enamel dial, black painted Breguet numerals, subsidiary dials for constant seconds and 30 minute register, outer minute and 1/5 second track. Polished case, back engraved with ‘MBF’ monogram, engraved cuvette. Case, dial and movement signed. With an Extract from the Archives confirming sale in 1922.
