A fine Swiss 18 carat gold concealed watch set into a U.S. twenty dollar coin made by Piaget in Geneva, circa 1975. The nickel lever movement with 18 jewels. Black enamel dial with gilt baton hour indexes. The case hinged within a 1904 United States of America 20 dollar coin featuring Lady of Liberty on the front and the double eagle on the reverse. Case, dial and movement signed.
