A Swiss white gold and enamel open faced pocket watch with unusual case, circa 1928. 17”’ Movement, nickel lever moustache escapement, 18 jewels. Silvered dial, applied numerals and subsidiary seconds. Bezels enhanced by enamel and foliate chasing, unusual scallop edge band with alternating beaded arches spaced by matte reserves, engraved pendant and bow. Case, dial, and movement signed. A Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming the sale with black enamel and chased work on 7 Feb 1929.
