An English 18 carat gold open faced pocket watch, circa 1850. Full plate gilt chain and fusee movement, plain three arm balance, finely engraved balance bridge, gilt dust cover. Three color gold dial with high relief, applied Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds. Front and back bezel with foliate motif in high relief, engine turned case back. Movement signed.
