Movement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, moustache lever escapment, 18 jewels. 18 Carat gold cuvette. Enamel dial, Roman numerals, Breguet hands and subsidiary seconds. Engraved monogram to the case back. Case, dial and cuvette signed by maker, movement signed by maker and retailer. With a Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin, Extract from the Archives confirming sale in 1912 and original box with retailer sticker.
