An early gold full hunter case watch with gold chain, made in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1880. This watch has a numbered case which is crafted from 14 carat gold and features a monogram on the front lid a numbered and a decorated cuvette inscribed with Ancre ligne droite, Spiral Breguet, Balancier Coupé, 15 rubis and Genève Nickel. The white enamel dial has Arabic 5 minute numerals, Roman hour numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and especially beautiful gold hands. The movement has a straight line lever escapement, a large balance and 15 rubis.
