An Art Nouveau gold enamel and platinum pendant watch, a matching necklace with enamelled elements and an original box, made for Shreve & Co. in San Francisco, United States of America by Emile Huguenin in le Locle, Switzerland, circa. 1910. The numbered open faced case of this watch, which was crafted from 14 carat gold and enamel, has platinum decorations, blue engine turned enamel, a diamond on the back lid and the crown set with sapphire. The gilt dial has Breguet hour numerals and Breguet steel hands and the numbered movement has an ultra fine precision lever escapement, Geneva striping decoration, 17 jewels and three adjustments.
The dial and movement are signed.
