A large hunting cased pocket watch with high precision movement, probably made in Switzerland, circa 1910. The numbered case of this watch was crafted from 14 carat gold and features three gold lids, of which the front and back lids are engine turned, and the front lid has a monogram CH in the center. The white enamel dial has Arabic hour numerals, an outer minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and gold hands. The movement features a Swiss precision lever escapement of very fine quality, with screwed gold chatons and a fine adjustment.
