Gold hunting cased keyless lever watch

A fine Swiss 14 carat yellow gold full hunter pocket watch with matching chain made by Vacheron & Constantin in Geneva, circa 1910. This watch has a mechanical crown wound manual movement featuring a lever escapement with stone pallets, a swan neck fine adjustment system, and a screwed centre stone. It is signed Vacheron & Constantin and additionally marked T. C. Tanke Buffalo inside. The white enamel dial shows elegant black Arabic numerals for the hours, an outer railway minute track with blue 5 to 60 minute markers, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and ornate rose gold Louis XV style hands. The timepiece is housed in a 14 carat yellow gold full hunter case with a polished hinged protective front cover, a fluted winding crown, a round suspension bow, and an accompanying 14 carat yellow gold decorative link chain with a hanging tassel weighing 14 grams.
