A solid Swiss 14 carat gold hunting cased lever pocket watch, circa 1918. Gilt lever movement with screw bimetallic compensation balance.
White enamel dial with Arabic hours, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and fine decorative gold hands.
Engine turned covers, front cover with monogrammed cartouche in the middle. Gilt steel cuvette engraved Med tak Fra Smerup Skolendistrikt 1893 1/12 1918 which means with Thanks from Smerup School District 1893 1/12 1918.
