Gold special quality lever pocket watch

An extremely fine, rare and small anker chronometer pocket watch of special quality made for W.W. Wattles & Sons in Pittsburgh, PA, U.S.A. by Patek, Philippe & Cie in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1910. The numbered, plain case of this watch is crafted from 18 carat gold and has concealed hinges. The white enamel dial has black Arabic hours, an outer minute track, red Arabic five minute numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and gold hands. The numbered movement has a rare quality anker chronometer escapement, 20 jewels, a large chronometer balance, Geneva striping decoration and is adjusted in eight positions.
Dial and movement are signed.
