A Swiss 18 Carat gold pocket watch, high quality gold full hunter cased watch, anker chronometer Longines caliber 19.74, circa 1910, with three gold covers, front cover with a monogram, screwed gold chatons and special fine regulation, perfectly preserved original enamel dial with a red 24 hour scale, pink gold hands, gold bow, rare and very fine caliber.
Sprung front bezel opened by depressing the button in the gold pendant.
