Unique Swiss 18K gold and enamel open faced minute repeating lever pocket watch, circa 1901. Retailed by Tiffany & Co. Comes with the original presentation box and an Extract from the Archives.
An à goutte case with a polychrome enamelled nobleman’s escutcheon on the back. The dome with a dedication engraving 1902 sent to Mr C. de Heredia. White enamel dial with an extremely rare Tiffany signature, Arabic hours, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds and blued steel hands. Very fine Patek Philippe precision lever movement, repeating the minutes. Dial signed by the retailer, case numbered, movement numbered and also signed by the retailer, case and movement with matching numbers.

The present watch comes in a special three-part original wooden box with a gold monogram C DE H and a dedication on the dome. This piece was made by Patek Philippe for Tiffany’s, probably an order of an aristocratic family. It is totally unique with such a completely original condition and the original box. Patek Philippe pocket watches with minute repeater and enamelled case are extremely rare!
