A Swiss 18 Carat gold two train keyless pocket watch with an alarm, circa 1880. A polished case, a hinged gold cuvette engraved with the technical details. White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track with Arabic 15 minute numerals, subsidiary seconds, alarm setting and gold spade hands. A nickel plated movement, radial decoration, two barrels wound clockwise for the going and anti clockwise for the alarm, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, and an index regulator.
