An extremely fine split seconds chronograph with register made by Vacheron Constantin SA in Geneva, Switzerland, circa 1920. The numbered case of this watch was crafted from 18 carat gold and features a monogram on the back lid. The white enamel dial features Breguet hours, an outer minute track with fifth of a second divisions and Arabic five minute numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, 30 minute counter at 12 and blued steel Breguet hands. The numbered movement is fitted with a highly complicated precision lever escapement and fine adjusting device.
The numbered cuvette is signed.
