A very fine and rare Swiss 18K gold St. Christopher coin with a concealed keyless watch, circa 1960. Each side with a cast and chased St. Christopher medallion, a reeded band with a concealed catch to release the cover, three-body hinged inner case with a polished bezel. Matte silver dial with applied yellow gold dart indexes, Arabic numerals, outer engraved dot minute indexes, and yellow gold alpha hands. Movement with 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, and an index regulator. Dial, inner case and movement signed.
