Champagne coloured dial, painted black baton indexes, blued steel hands, 18K yellow gold case concealed under a hinged 18k yellow gold United States of America ten dollar coin with the head of Lady Liberty dated 1888 and the bald eagle to the reverse, case, dial, and movement signed.
