A very fine, ultra thin dress watch with sapphire embellishments, made by Longines Francillon SA in Saint Imier, Switzerland, circa 1910. The numbered case of this watch was crafted from 18 carat gold, features a bezel set with cushion cut sapphires all around and a case back with a finely engraved coat of arms. The silvered dial features an outer minutes and hour track with Arabic hour numerals and Breguet blued steel hands. The numbered movement is equipped with a Longines lever escapement.
The case, dial and movement are signed.
