An extravagant Swiss small 18K gold and enamel hunting cased cylinder pocket watch, circa 1830. Fine bar movement, cylinder escapement.
A scalloped case with two spring lids opened by the split pendant button, the bezels, pendant and bow chased and engraved, both sides chased and engraved with engine-turning and black enamelled decoration, the front with a polychrome enamel scene depicting two young girls one with a flower basket, the back with an engraved black enamelled monogram. Silvered dial with very fine gold Breguet hands. Dome signed and numbered.
