A fine Swiss, 18K gold quarter repeating pocket watch, circa 1810. An Empire, polished case, reeded band. Gold dial with white enamel cartouches for the Arabic numerals, outer white enamel minute track, engine-turned centre. Blued steel Breguet hands. A gilt brass, full plate movement with turned pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring, continental cock with polished steel endplate, silver regulation dial. Dial and movement signed.
