Very fine Swiss 18K gold and champlevé enamel pocket watch, circa 1830.
The bezel and bow chased with flowers and foliage, the back cover with polychrome champlevé enamel flowers and foliage, a cornucopia and feathers on a black enamel ground, outer border matches the bezel and a hinged gold cuvette. Silver, engine-turned dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds and blued steel fleur de Lys hands. A matte gilt movement, Lepine calibre, jewelled cylinder escapement, plain three-arm gilt balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Cuvette signed.
