A fine Swiss 18 carat pink gold half hunting cased keyless pocket watch, circa 1855. The white enamel dial displays black Roman numerals and a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and blued steel hands. Its smooth case is accented by a front cover set with blue enamel Roman numerals and a signed cuvette. Matte gilt movement, 15 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, straight line lever escapement à moustache, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement are signed.
