An elegant Swiss 18 carat yellow gold keyless dress pocket watch, circa 1950. This watch features a mechanical movement signed Patek Philippe 17-140, with Geneva striping decoration, and a straight line lever escapement. The brushed silver dial includes a raised minute track, faceted gold indexes, an applied gold numeral for 12, dauphine hands, and a small seconds subdial. The 18 carat gold clip on caseback completes the case. It is accompanied by its extract from the archives.
