A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold oversized dress watch, made by Vacheron Constantin in Geneva, circa 1950. An open faced, keyless winding dress watch with a two tone silver dial with applied gold indexes, gold Arabic numerals at the quarters, minute track in the center, subsidiary seconds at 6 and gold hands. The movement has a straight line lever escapement. Signature on the dial, case and movement.
