A very fine Swiss 18-carat gold, enamel and diamond-set hunting cased lever pocket watch, made for the Indian market, circa 1870. Fine lever movement, 2/3 plate. White enamel dial with Roman hours, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds, and blued steel hands. Black enamelled case, lavishly set with diamonds on both sides, Ulysse Nardin punch. Case and movement signed and numbered, dial signed, case and movement with matching numbers.
