A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced anker chronometer, circa 1880. Movement with a lever escapement, a particularly large chronometer balance wheel, wolf teeth winding wheels and screwed gold chatons. White enamel dial with Roman hours, an outer minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and red gold spade hands. The case is glazed on both sides.
