Gold hunting cased lever watch

A very fine and rare Swiss 18K gold keyless, minute repeating, hunting cased pocket watch with chronograph by Patek Philippe & Cie, Genève, circa 1910. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe fitted wooden case, a spare crystal in a numbered paper, the original Patek Philippe Certificat d’Origine et de Garantie, and the Extract from the Archives. A heavy, polished bassine, chronograph button in the band. Hinged gold cuvette with engraved inscription.
White enamel dial, radial Arabic numerals, outer minute track and extreme outer seconds track divided into fifths of a second, Arabic five minute/seconds numerals, subsidiary seconds. Gold spade hands. Rhodium-plated movement, Geneva striping decoration, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometre adjustment to the regulator, repeating on two gongs activated by a slide in the band. Dial, movement, case and cuvette signed.
