A Swiss, golden Patek Philippe men’s pocket watch from Geneva with an open face, circa 1880. This Patek Philippe watch features a cylinder movement with wolf teeth. The watch has a beautifully preserved enamel dial with Roman radial hour markers, an outer minute track, and Arabic numerals for the five-minute intervals. The pear-shaped hands are made of blued steel. The watch comes in a polished 18K gold case, which is signed and numbered. The case and movement have matching serial numbers.
