Gold full hunter pocket watch with monogram

A Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased lever pocket watch made by E. Keltz and Mermod Frères, circa 1883. The watch has a handwound mechanical movement with lever escapement, compensated balance wheel, and blued steel Breguet balance spring. Signed Mermod Frères. The white enamel dial, signed E. Keltz, features Arabic numerals, an outer railway minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and Louis XVI hands. The 18 carat rose gold case has a guilloché front and back, is monogrammed on the front, and includes a gold bowl. The glass is missing.
