A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold hunting cased lever watch made by Patek, Philippe & Co in Geneva, circa 1910. The watch is equipped with a handwound, signed and numbered mechanical movement featuring a lever escapement. It has a white enamel dial with Arabic numerals for the hours, an outer railway style minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and Breguet hands. The 18 carat yellow gold case includes a plain front cover, a back cover engraved with LMC, and a signed and numbered dust cover.
