A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold hunting cased lever watch made by Patek, Philippe & Co in Geneva, circa 1910-1915. The watch has a handwound mechanical movement, signed and numbered. It features a white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, an outer railway minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and Breguet hands. The yellow gold case features an upper cover depicting a romantic scene of two lovers riding donkeys amid shrubs and flowers. The lower cover is numbered and has a slightly textured central area. The dust cover is signed and numbered, and the reverse side is numbered as well.
