A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced pocket watch from the 19th century. It has a mechanical key winding movement with a cylinder escapement. The white enamel dial shows black Roman numerals for the hours, an outer minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and blued steel Breguet style hands. The timepiece is housed in a round 18 carat yellow gold open faced case with a smooth bezel, a sturdy round suspension bow, and a solid 18 carat gold inner protective cuvette. The watch comes with a gilt metal and agate winding key.
