A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced pocket watch made by Patek Philippe & Co. in Geneva, circa 1910. It has a high grade mechanical crown winding movement with a lever escapement, signed and numbered on the movement. The white enamel dial features elegant black Arabic numerals for the hours, an outer minute track with small red Arabic five minute numerals from 5 to 60, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and gold Louis XV style hands, signed Patek Philippe & Cie Genève. The timepiece is housed in a round three body, 18 carat solid yellow gold open faced case.
