A fine Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced dress pocket watch made by Breguet, circa 1920. It has a mechanical crown winding movement with a lever escapement, signed Breguet. The matte cream dial features black Breguet numerals for the hours, a fine outer minute track, and blued steel cathedral hands, signed Breguet. The timepiece is housed in a smooth, round, 18 carat solid yellow gold open faced case with a plain polished reverse back cover, a fluted winding crown, an angular suspension bow, and perlage finishing inside the back cover.
