–
A rare Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced pocket watch made by Patek Philippe and retailed by Eberhard Milan, circa 1920. This watch has a mechanical crown winding movement with lever escapement, signed by Patek Philippe. The gilt brushed dial shows Breguet numerals for the hours, an outer railway minute track, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, and blued steel hands. The timepiece is housed in a polished 18 carat solid yellow gold open faced case, featuring an engraved cuvette indicating the watch was made for Eberhard Milan, a fluted winding crown, and a sturdy oval suspension bow.
