Gold complicated astronomical watch by Audemars Piguet

A very fine Swiss 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating astronomical pocket watch, the Grande Complication, with perpetual calendar, moon phase, split-seconds chronograph and 30-minute counter, circa 1972.
Plain pushback case, a pusher for the chronograph at 11 o’clock, slide for the repeating mechanism. Silvered dial with applied gold indexes, auxiliary seconds, three subsidiary dials for the indications of the day, date and month under consideration of the leap year, cobalt blue enamelled moon phase disc with inlaid golden stars and moon, gold baton hands. Rhodium-plated bridge movement, Geneva striping decoration, eight adjustments, 36 jewels, very finely ground and bevelled chronograph steel parts, ratchet wheel, ground double-handed tong with polished bevelling, separate ratchet wheel for split-seconds chronograph, two hammers, two gongs, gold screw compensation balance, index spring fine adjusting device.
