A Swiss unique 18 carat gold and enamel open faced Art Nouveau lever pocket watch, circa 1910. Movement with lever escapement.
The front bezel is translucent light blue enamel, engraved bow, textured case back with floral relief and blue enamel engine-turned cartouche with raised blossoms in a special enamelling technique. White enamel dial with Arabic hours and gold outer minute dots, sunk subsidiary dial for the seconds and blued steel hands. Dial signed. Comes with the original presentation box.
