A Swiss 18K gold and painted-on enamel lady’s pendant watch, circa 1830. The back cover is decorated with multicoloured flowers and foliage with chased foliate border, and the front cover is decorated to match, a hinged gold cuvette. Offset, silver engine-turned dial with champlevé radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions, florally engraved centre and gilt Breguet hands. A frosted gilt movement, Lepine calibre, jewelled cylinder escapement, three-arm flat-rim balance, blued steel flat balance spring, and an index regulator.
