A Swiss yellow gold and enamel hunting cased watch, circa 1870, nickel lever movement, 15 jewels, bimetallic balance, index regulator, hinged gold cuvette.
Engraved silvered dial with applied gilt foliate centerfield and outer ring, Roman numerals, subsidiary dial, 18k yellow gold case, front with black enamel panel with diamond-set to the center, surrounded by engraved arabesques, similar enamel decoration to the back, milled band, cuvette and movement signed and numbered, case numbered.
