Diamond-set lady’s keyless pendant watch

A fine 18 Carat gold and enamel pearl and diamond-set lady’s keyless pendant watch, made by Patek Philippe & Cie, Geneva, Switzerland, circa 1913. Three body case within a seed pearl frame, rose-cut diamond-set back rim, the back overlaid with plum coloured translucent enamel over sunray engine-turning and bezel decorated to match.
White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer minute track with red Arabic five-minute numerals and gold Louis XV hands. Rhodium-plated movement with Geneva striping decoration, 18 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with eight adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring and an index regulator.
