French gold, champlevé enamel decorated pocket watch Circa 1830

A very fine, 18K gold and champlevé enamel, hunting cased pocket watch, circa 1830. Both covers are entirely decorated with polychrome champlevé enamel and engraved flowers on black ground, and the pendant, band and bow are decorated with black champlevé enamel. Hinged gold cuvette. Silver dial with radial champlevé Roman numerals, outer minute divisions. Gold Breguet hands. A matte gilt movement, Lepine calibre, jewelled cylinder escapement, three-arm gold balance, blued steel flat balance spring, and an index regulator. Dial signed, case numbered.
